REQUESTED DELIVERY - You can select your requested Delivery Option (Deliver by Thanksgiving, Deliver by Christmas or As Soon As Possible) for each product purchased.

SHIPPING FEE - All packages are shipped "Direct To The Door" and have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE - All Online purchases include $1.50 per package to cover all associated Credit Card Processing fees.
